    The transmission speed is the same but there are other things that impact the up- and download. The arguably biggest factor is the distance the signal has to travel.

    If you would live next to the switch or whatever of your ISP, you will have a faster connection because the signal doesn't have to travel very far.
    Copper loses a lot of it's quality over time and you have to refresh it with repeaters. This doesn't happen to fiber so the connection is faster.

    Basically, fiber is better and if you can you should take it.

    alot of the time I don't notice the lag but sometimes (all of today) it's choppy and all over the place..

    Oh you mean on MNC? My bad...

    Yes on mnc, get some extensions and beweave it. Its not always, and I can do it more often with gapshots than anything else.

    You def fall under almost, half down is turrible. 100 u/d :shock: he should host ALL games of MNC. My buddy works for a cable isp and only gets 20 u/d!
