Gold Crit on Sniper

I didn't say that. I said the damage modifier on cloak 3 forced crits is 15%

Getting back on topic... If crit bonus damage does not affect headshots then it needs to be readjusted or take it off gold slot for default sniper. It gives the wrong impression to new players and makes them even more useless. Every other classes gold endorsement at least makes sense, even speed on assassin.
