Personally, I'm running MSI's Superpipe Geforce GTX 285. It's arguably the most powerful and best cooled card of the 200 series ever made. It runs D3, Borderlands 2, PA, SupCom, and many other games at full graphics (including PhysX for BL2) in 1080p on a 27inch.

Most of the 500 and 600 series I've seen should be around the $150-200 mark. They drop in price all the time. Definitely recommend MSI, EVGA, or sometimes ASUS with GeForce. Don't settle for a mid-tier card. Get a high end card of whatever series you buy. A high end 500 series card will outperform a mid-tier 600 series card, even if some parts of the card are better.
