Nano, how about playing the game today and helping us to make the functional game better today, and arguing your holy war points in a few days, k? Do me a solid.
Bug reports first, balance feedback second. Edit: Small bug? After launching an orbital unit, the rocket falls back down to the planet, and damages friendly units that it lands on.
Inane subjective attitudes about whether a TANK should shoot at a FAST MOVING AIRCRAFT when I've had more than two hours of sleep.
Thank you. Finally somebody said it. I started a small moon (180 radius) build some Thrusters and pressed the button to anniha. the earth. But my moon just circles around it... again and again.
This has happened to me too. I think part of the problem may be you have the planets' orbits to close to each other initially. Edit: Bug: after clicking Quick Match, the back button on the loading screen is non-functional.
I used the planet thrusters, first nothing happened for ~15 minutes, then suddenly it started moving. The planetary movement is rather wanky atm.
Bug: set an fabber to assits an other one who built 1 metalextractor and is building a second. the assisting fabber went first to the already built extractor instead of assisting the fabber on the second.
so there is no ingame key atm? really? and i thought i would sound noob to ask for that ingame key anyway the bug in the system editor is the following: if i create a planet and i give it an elliptic orbit around the mother star, then save that system. close the editor and load that saved system again, select that planet to check its orbit, its no more elliptic! actually all planets in the system reset their orbit from elliptic to "regular circular" orbits.
There is something you need to fix in Linux version. Looks like current build incompatible with both Ubuntu 12.04 and Steam runtime: https://forums.uberent.com/threads/steam-updated-pa-no-longer-runs.51562/ http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/0/864980153127428741/ http://pa.lennardf1989.com/Tracker/index.php?do=details&task_id=2100 E.g I checked what libstdc++ from steam runtime contain and it's don't have GLIBCXX_3.4.17 symbols. So looks like everyone who using LTS and runtime won't able to run game.
Bug: When setting a camera point (shift+Number) on the moon and on the planet and jumping back and forth, i cant give orders to my units on the moon. can somone confirm this?
First thing: great work! All this new stuff, improvements on little details...just great! Only bug I encountered so far: Went to settings to get pole fix again, after returning I only had a black screen, but could hear stuff and see the icons in teh upper left. I waited a bit, exited the game and tried a reconnect, but still only blackness. Chronocam didn't help either. One thing that really annoys me though: Why the hell do I build a rocket to shoot up the transport, just to have the unit go down after to pick up a unit?? I mean, if it has the power to get into orbit by itself, why the launch at start? Btw: Nice that the booster falls down and crashes again ^^ EDIT: Oh, and where are the asteroids to build the engines on? I can't find any
Note: Building a Halley together with your opponent will create a green wireframe model, that noone can use
Bug: the sun isn't rendered any more (OSX10.8.5) Bug: I've got a ver hard time generating a planet of Earth or Tropcial type that isn't 2/3rds covered in Mountain Biome.
No, but in the system tabs if there's little icons under the moon's name, they mean that moon is movable. If there aren't any icons, it's too big to move.
