Guys: to be clear, and set expectations clearly: we have already fixed about 3 crash bugs and the AI bug, and a few other things since we made the build we just pushed. There's a good chance we'll know the bugs you post for now. POST THEM ANYWAY. Don't tell us about sim terminated for now. We can find out about those faster than you post them, probably. Have fun. We'll be around for a while.
Bug: Game still doesn't clear the VRAM, using 6-800MB of my vram when sitting at the main menu. Sli still an issue possible as well?? Bug: Window mode doesn't save when you exit the game... launches it back up at full screen mode...
Just played a quick game before work. Game looked and played great. Units disappeared after going to settings menu. Still got the mass and energy equivalent but units were gone. Couldn't rebuild on the Mass spots so they weren't destroyed. Edit: sorry for the rushed message. Already 40 mins late. . sorry I didn't get a chance to reproduce this glitch I got but really wanted to build the unit transporter. Amazing work guys. Loads of little improvements too all over the game. And I'm sure I missed a lot more.
Units disappearing you can hit, in order, home, then end. It's a server update issue. It doesn't cause any harm, but it can be confusing.
SLI is still not supported. Turn that stuff off. The mode not saving.. should be fixed, but can't recall if it was in that build or not. It is in a later one for sure.
Start small, people. One or two planets, tops, go smaller - 700 to 900 meters tops. Walk before you run. Also, still make sure your drivers are up to date. We're doing some new stuff now that may be sensitive to latest drivers.
You can't build em yet. That's why it's an interim build. (They're intentionally disabled in that build)
Ok I have to ask, are they going to be in the actual in the evening beta, or are you going to work on them some more?
