Actually, didn't they still mess it up? It's under handlers = {} now, sure. But you still can't override handlers, because the loadMods is before the definition of the actual handlers, right?
Hmm. Actuall yes. Didn't realize that would be required as well. Should have marked more: Now the weird part is I didn't realize this issue until just now, fixed PA Stats to use the handler and my test worked. wtf
I think they know what the issue is. My guess is somebody saw my post and ended up doing the same mistake I did. xD
Ha, probably. They'll never trust you again now. They also forgot about the building_planets.js one, but nobody is using that anyway. Actually, I wonder if one could mod a progress indicator in there. Well, not now of course, but maybe when they fix it.
Where should the progress info come from? All that scene does is register one handler that waits for a "now go to live_game" message. EDIT: What we could do would be an iframe with youtube, so people can do something while the game loads.
"generator" is part of the planet data of a game. I think Uber should do some error fallback, so that one broken games cannot make the whole list fail.
I was just hopeful handlers.server_state would say something, but I haven't bothered to test it yet. Or Pong with an Ubercannon shot.
I think I've figured it out. I was having this problem too at first. What I do is hit space bar to go to the system view before initiating the annihilation. Then, click the annihilate button and click on the little red circle by the name of the planet you want to target (it's in the panel at the top right hand side of the screen). If this still doesn't work, the f5 key should get you unfrozen at least.
