just tell yourself you're better off that's what i did with ashes and honestly I've been feeling quite relieved. these guys drove themselves into the ground without me and it would just have been extra strain for me to be part of the sinking ship
Wow **** Tatsu I didn't actually know that you got banned from there. Yeah I felt sorry for you on the forums there sometimes with the way they replied to you. I lost a lot of respect for their staff after seeing how they interacted with their community should they disagree.
You guys are right, I'm probably better off. But like I said, annoyed by undeserved black mark. The funny thing is, it doesn't seem like they even deleted the post. Which has ~19 upvotes at a 91% ratio. And one of the last comments I made there, which was on one of those bot posts complaining about the bot, got over 600 upvotes.
Are they adding more unit types beyond hover units because they can't be assed to animate? Answer is no, so no am not interested. Again it is an rts so I wish them the best of luck as the more rts games the better, but personally I am not interested in playing any more due to lack of unit type variety. Also the game is slow as heck. The lack of teleporters or transports of any kind really hurts it in my opinion. If they make the game slow like that then it needs depth in other areas, for example a cool tech tree as a source of progression. But nope everything else at this point In time is simplified too much.
Please don't feel sorry for tatsu for his ban from AOTS. From what I hear, he deserved it. IRL it would have been a harassment charge FFS. Granted the devs there are super old school and hate listening to new ideas. Doesn't give anyone the right to beat them over the head about it.
I may have missed some ****, but from what I saw going there every now and then, tatsu was just being his usual supcom fa nutjob self. (no offence intended tatsu ). But yeah the devs need a lot of poking to even consider implementing certain ideas. Atleast in escalation they implemented the scroll out to view strat icons thing. In their expansion they appear to be taking some good steps, but my concerns in regards to unit types and game pace still remain. I honestly hope they remove that repeating tech thing, where you can research "increase unit damage" as much as you want with increasing costs each time. As mentioned before i'd much prefer a sins style tech tree. Here's me sitting here complaining but not posting on the forums there, I honestly should give it a shot see what the reception is like.

So I managed to get Witcher 3 running at a playable framerate. Ish... Now that I can actually play it, it's pretty darn good. Fluck that werewolf though. And humans are basically no threat whatsoever in an open area no matter their level because you attack fast enough to stunlock them.
