For those who want to, but can't, claw solution!

Razer Onza is now legal per MLG tournament rules. It can be hacked to perform macros inasmuch as any 360 controller can be hacked to perform macros, seeing as the multi-function button only acts as a secondary hotkey for any other normal button.

I have one and it's awesome for Gunner play, but if you didn't pre-order one when preorder phase was in effect, You probably won't get your hands on one until after Uncle Tully's comes out for 360 (that means a long time).

It basically has 2 extra buttons where your 2 middle fingers would be. The left one can be set to A, B and 2 others. The right one is X, Y and 2 others. Its awesome. Actually one thing I hate about it is that the analogs have no grip. Any sort of oil would make it slippery.

I'm just curious as to what actually makes that a "precision aim" controller... lol

The digicam print makes it harder for people hit you.

Don't know how that helps the user aim better, though.

Oh, so what I see from this is that having hardware immitate skill for you, where there is a lack of skill, makes you the better gamer.

I see, I have learned something.

So, if I understand right, all I got to do is jtag my xbox and come up for some new cracks for gold endorsements and console aimbots and macros. Makes sense, it is all about hardware giving the advantage, nothing else... and that would be the best hardware.

Then will I be "glorious"? Then will mommy love me? :lol:

On a related side-note, I wonder how much work it would take to hook up a ball mouse to the function of the thumbpads? Like, even roughly by taking apart a controller and routing wire connections to the frayed ends of a mouse. Couldn't people design this, sell it, and make big profit? Also, this would close the gap between console gaming and pc gaming.

I have to agree. Everything except the bottom paragraph of my last post was dumb. Can't help but think though, that everyone wants better parts to make them better, then they realize that they can have a program do all the gaming for them and beat everyone, and then realize that they took every bit of fun out of it for them and others.

I think I will stick to my controller. Bad or not, i'll have more fun on controller than someone will have on anti-ghosting macro keyboard. I will also have more money.

Again, attaching a mouse to a controller. Even possible? Wouldn't that be amazing? Maybe it already has been done:

with MNC being my first online pc game played since 2001 ( not including diablo 2) i am pretty shocked and annoyed how easy it is to get and use these hacks , as i have now played in about 4 MNC matches with a hack being used. One of the matches (last week) was recorded and i just need to get around to uploading to my youtube channel.

also related side-note , since 2003 i always envisioned a controller like that and wished some company would try it out.. maybe they did and it was crap but as for the aim part i think it would be very kick-***.. and if someone tried it and it didnt work well .. they just sucked at it.
