I like how you are at least trying to make artillery it's own viable balanced tactic at least. Because if it isn't strong enough to win, then it isn't balanced, but it has to be strong enough to win but not win 100% of the time it is attempted. Especially because anything that is t2 is snipeable with scouting.
Going to *refresh* the mod. I'll update it to the PTE, then add in some changes I've been working on. All this during and after the Clopsey
With all the changes coming, I'd rather not muddy the waters with a new version that could be completely nullified in two weeks. I'll be putting off the refresh for an indefinite period of time.
