I still want to have subs, but I am for having another team. The more teams, the more likely there will be games played. The less subs per team, the less likely teams will play.

Gotta balance it out a little, and we gotta set up some matches, a bracket, or something.

then the subs will never get to play and they signed up to play. Some didn't sign up as a sub unfair to them.

This is gunna be a massive pain in the ***, but should we re-draft so that we have 6 even teams? I don't know if the 6th team is over / under powered, but I know I would have changed who I drafted if they were available.

I don't know if I'm a sub or not, I just know I want to play. My work schedule just got a lot lighter (thanks settlement!), so I've got a lot more free time over the next few weeks. So are we gonna play? Or should I take a vacation instead? Let's figure it out!

I'm trying to get this started Jan 6th, so that people aren't away on holiday when we start these up.

It would be great to make another team out of all the subs but youre then relying on everyone on every team to show up to every available match and we all know that's never going to happen. What then?

At the very least there need to be rules on who can and can't sub for a team, I would think. Having prizes might motivate people to show up more than usual but these teams aren't nearly cohesive as teams of old(no one is practicing together, playing as a team together, etc) so I think accountability and counting on people to show up is going to be a problem. Having set subs for each team helps alleviate that problem.

The only problem I see at the moment is that we have an odd number of teams so that will make scheduling somewhat troublesome unless each team is left to work out times with each other team individually but that lack of a rigid deadline might cause problems.

Captains, should we re-draft or not? Need to know asap so we have time to re-draft.

I don't mind if we do or don't. The teams are fairly even now, but they could be more even if we re-draft.

I have an idea I can sub for every team if the their main subs isn't on...

We haven't even decided yet, but it looks like we will. We'll probably redo it thurs night, although we will need a new captain (Choiio is away on holiday atm).
