i cant believe this thread has gone on this long. ive been playing this game for a year and from the time miracle introduced me to privates and overhyped me way too early ive been getting targeted in pubs, wanna know why? because it happens to EVERYONE with an ounce of recognition or high level prestige.
the solution? private matches, better than pubs any day
another solution: play with a friend or two. its only pubstomping if u make it out to be but screwing around with a good friend or two is great repellant for tryhards. for the longest time myself and miracle pubbed together constantly, usually plus another friend or two and we would basically just socialize while doing random stupid stuff, if tryhards came in, we would stomp them out till they left, then continued doing whatever.
whats the worst people can think of you? "miracle and chron you guys are only good bc u party stomp" this complaint falls short when you have proven yourself time and time again in private matches, not everybody is a korchanth or arcticfox, some of us just enjoy playing together and have backed up the hype time and time again

tl;dr this thread is stupid, anyone good/high prestiged gets targeted in pubs, not just gunked, learn to deal with it

edit: as far as voting for a 360 mod, deadpool is a terrible suggestion, too young and too annoying sometimes, and if u want an actual good mod who isnt biased, annoying, derailing, and would actually do a good job:
Shammas, Jon, Teapot

anyone else would suck at it

there are enough general mods, for once i would like a level headed voice in support of the competitive community. you have played a couple recently snack, but not enough for my liking to be a mod

If we are seriously talking about a 360 only mod, you guys should understand that being a forum mod on a developer hosted forum means that, in a way, you are representing Uber.

i dont really care about peoples' pasts, the three i nominated represent the PM community best and treat controversy neutrally the best, do you really wanna have another organus? bill clinton fvcked an intern, but people would love if he were still running the show compared to who's been chosen since. learn to pick people who do the job the best not the people who have a pretty resume
