I noticed two things in there. You have a rather small page file. That's probably because you have an SSD and some helpful programs reduce the size. So try to turn it off completely for your C-drive and make it about 12 GB for you D-drive.
The second thing I've noticed is that you have your DPI set to 150%. Sometimes this caused trouble, so if the page file thing doesn't work, could you try resetting it to 100% and see if that does anything?

(Also, why are you talking German, even though your computer seems to be Dutch? :))

    Hello DBD,
Turning it off for the c drive resulted in a warning so I let that be. I hightend the D:drive to the max of 12286 and I changed the dpi also just to have all bases covered.

    Unfortunately it didn't work ;-(

P.S. I saw MKrater's name in the supportdesk reply and her base is Germany when I'm not mistaking and since I lived in Germany for almost 10 years a little german didn't seem too inappropriate to me ;-)

Ha, I had never noticed that.

By the way, it's correct that you get a warning for the C-drive. It's generally not a good idea to not have a page file at all, but silly Windows doesn't seem to realize there is one on the D-drive, so you can just ignore that warning. I don't see anything else that could cause trouble. Everything else looks good to me.

I think I get the same message a lot as well. Simply tell it to verify once more. It'll fix itself then.

Just for reference, Uber Entertainment is based near Seattle in the US. :) We do have a lot of German speaking players, but I've never learned Deutsch and use Google Translate when needed. :p

If you still have this problem can you please try to run PA.exe directly from directory where your game installed? Is it working?
Launcher sometimes have pretty weird glitches, but it's actually download full game anyway.

Also to avoid future issues with game I'm recommend you to increase your page file size on HDD to at least 12GB:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-virtual-memory-size#1TC=windows-7
You have it small / disabled at moment (likely because you have SSD) and this might cause serious issues with playing the game.
