Well you don't always need radar in situations where a cloud of aircraft will be staying.

Its far cheaper and eaiser to varify a threat that way.

But on the outer bases enemys will likely be trying to use AA to pick your planes off slowly, so Radar is more suitable.

I like this idea, because I'm tired of teammates to take all the energy so our radar doesn't work, and then we cant see any incoming attacks.

This game has the economic subtlety of Gordon Brown.

I could say the same about build orders, attack moves, defense setup,....
There is a "most efficient" way for everything. It just varies from situation to situation but generally theres always one "best" way.

It might get very deep with coming up builds. Currently it isnt, for me. But there were quite a lot of discussions about these topics, so lets end that. Were both at very different opinions that most likely wont change.
As PA develops, it gets more and more obvious it wont be a game for me to play often.

I agree and yet disagree...... patrolling planes on the edge of your lines works well but only a few aa can eliminate your view, and sometimes you don't notice other dots moving through your patrol. Radar sits a little safer inside your base and requires boots on the ground generally to remove it, not always but generally. Any how enough thread Jack to each their own. I usually run both though..... Intel is king in rts ...
