Is the video from inside the spawn available Toon?

Regarding that airstrike toon, I can see where he was but can't make out anything else. Intentions aside, I just wanna know if it was in the spawn or not.

Do I think Chron's gonna intentionally spawn strike? No. Even if it's unintentional do I blame Mechro? No.

I think this has happened before too, with very similar results. Didn't DesertFalcon spawn strike someone? For some reason I felt it was wildman
