    im sure a mod could incorporate a few tweaks...

    Nuke Launcher spotted - 'Danger Will Robertson'
    Try to build where you cant - 'I cant let you do that Dave'
    Tank commander spawns - 'Jonny 5 is aliiiive'
    Tank commander dies - 'nooo disassemble jonny 5'
    any order - 'By your command'
    Attack - 'Exterminate ...Exterminate'
    two allied commanders meet - 'Eva?'
