Display player ping on the scoreboard

I support this thread. Knowing your ping (in numerical format) should be a standard in PC games. As a related request, having the name of your current server on the scoreboard would be nice too, sometimes you'll encounter a good one you want to favorite, but you forgot the name to because you've been playing a while.

I want to be able to see mine and everyone else's ping.
