Bonus Block model before I get to bed; If anyone can figure out the core inspiration here, they're my hero. Mike
Nope, it's not anything form TA, SupCom or really any other game. Glad to be of service! ;p I'm also in the process of updating the first post, with a much nicer way to show everything off despite being buried within 19 pages of posts! xD Mike
Now all we need to do is drive over to Uber, get Steve and Jon drunk and convince them to add it to the game. That would be one long road trip for us though.
Nah, it only 7 hours for me! After this week I'll be unemployed and could pop in to visit any time! xD Mike
Working on this a bit more, fleshed out the legs and moving things around, nobody figured out the inspiration yet thought! Mike
I don't see how a Giant Bi-Pedal Mech of Destruction is all that similar to something with 6 legs ;p Mike
I'm sure I've watched the movie with the thing that inspired you but I can't seem to recall which one is it. Probably a rover from some space movie. TELL US
Not a movie, not Space-based Sci-fi either. Why use something that's based on teh Monkeylord instead of just.....using the Monkeylord as Inspiration? ;p Mike
So... You're using the monkeylord as inspiration? Not to be detrimental, but it doesn't really look like the monkeylord other than that it's a 6-legged robot with a large gun.
Possibly worded that poorly, this ISN'T Monkeylord Inspired, I was just commenting that I'd use the ML itself as inspiration instead of something else the ML inspired 9 times out of 10. Mike
Uaaaaahhhhh, haven't been here in awhile! But I come with WIP content! Essentially, it's a large, must-lockdown/deploy-to-fire Mobile Artillery Unit, still working on the tracks so that they aren't so flat. Side Note; On one hand, the Stabilizers aren't super obvious/readable when deployed, on the other hand the Gun stands out very well, so it still comes across pretty well IMO. Mike
