You need to watch during the indicated timeframe and they'll let you know how to win. Usually you need to do something, like make a themed artwork or some such.
If it were "grind at runescape skill levels for hope", I would join in. I don't play runescape anymore, but would for this reason, as it is a peaceful enjoyable grind anyway. That being said, Desert Bus can be too with the right attitude, some music, and runescape on the side (runescape and desert bus are easily doable in tandem)
