Will also need Client logs from that event
    https://support.planetaryannihilation.com/kb/faq.php?id=182

    and System Info file:
    https://support.planetaryannihilation.com/kb/faq.php?id=212

But without those, the first thing that come to mind are:

    - Special Characters in Display Name https://wiki.palobby.com/wiki/Special_Characters_in_Display_Name

    - Check firewall / antivirus and Incompatible Windows Software (eg disable GameFirst): https://wiki.palobby.com/wiki/Windows_Incompatible_Software

If you look at your client logs you'll see the following:
    Code:
INFO Could not resolve server hostname "localhost"
That can be caused by a couple of issues:
    • /etc/hosts has been modified or is missing:
      • Code:
        127.0.0.1 localhost
    • anti-virus or security software
    • malware
