Thanks for trying everything; I realize this can be pretty frustrating. I had similar issues with the game crashing because of outdated drivers of my Radeon card; however that was a card with legacy drivers, which you fortunately do not use (I ultimately had to replace the card). I still think your drivers are the problem at hand, but I have no idea why your system doesn't install the newest version, especially when using Driver Cleaner in safe mode. I also don't think that the HD 7700 of all cards supported by the Catalyst package would use files from 2013. Your other specs seem fine - your CPU is powerful enough, you've got loads of RAM, a large enough page file and you're on the latests Windows service pack. Sadly, I'm at my wit's end here. No idea what else could be done, but perhaps someone more knowledgeable comes along. Sorry .
