If you are offended by it don't look at it, the picture itself isn't derogatory towards any single person or any religion. You are only offended by it because you are looking deeper than the picture itself. All I see is a man holding his middle finger up.

My point is that this is a picture of a man, if you make the connection between this man and Jesus based on his looks, subconciously or not, that's your decision. None of us know what Jesus actually looked like, therefore you cannot say this is a picture of Jesus.

I talk to Jesus every night and he confirmed that the man on the picture is not him.

That means the person who names the file thinks the person represents Jesus, but there is no way you can say it is Jesus, as I've said above.
