You probably have an older/weaker graphics card that can't handle the game. If you want to run the game, you would need to get a better one which would use more than power, therefore you would also need to get a better power supply.
Would an answer be to buy a new computer, cause I was thinking of doing that for a while, but if that will solve this, then its a definite.
According to DxDiag I see you only have onboard graphics card and this one won't able to handle most of nowadays games include this one. If you have some other graphics card you need to investigate why it's not working. Most of desktop PCs that only have integrated graphics like have extremely cheap and low-end components because they're designed for office work and not playing games. It's mean power supply in this PC are totally fine for current hardware because power consumption of all system likely about 150-200 watt. Gaming-grade graphics card might need 150 watt alone to work properly so most likely your PSU won't give enough power supply for PC with new graphics card.
Then I recommend you to get PC with at least 8GB RAM. And discrete Nvidia graphics card with 2GB of GDDR5 memory.
Got a new computer with all of that and more. Its coming here monday. I cant wait to play with everyone!
