Combat fabricator group deselect

Note for anyone playing Galactic War, this mod will cause the AI to stockpile Stiches in its base. I recommend disabling it when playing in this game mode.

This mod is no longer working with the current 116982 build.

I will fix the combat fab to have the custom58 tag, as well as update the JSON to current balance within 4 hours if there is no response from Alpha for their permission or own fix.
