Chronicle's Scenario Q&A and Thought Process

    Gunked Q: Is it possible to Flapjack someone in a grapple?
    So after they come out of a grapple they are flap-jacked sort like a headshot would be.
    I keep trying to do it but i was wondering if anyone else has.

    How do you prefer to set your look sensitivity? Are there certain classes or setups that benefit from having it set higher or lower? If you have experience with the Onza controller, does the look sensitivy adjustment work better than the in game adjustment, or did you get it mainly to be able claw more easily?

    IMO just mess around with the sensitivity pick one that ur most comfortable with...
    I Play on 5, but I think depending on size of your tv affects your accuraccy too...

    Comment on the sensitivity thing:

    Assassin needs the highest sensitivity for quick lunging.
    I feel that higher sensitivity on assault = better bomb accuracy but worse AR accuracy. Lower sensitivity for assault = better AR accuracy but it can be harder to aim your bombs during crucial times because it takes longer to aim.
    Support sensitivity just plain doesn't matter, but I suppose you'd want it about the same as you would for a bomb-based assault since airstrikes are your primary source of "aiming".
    I suck horribly with every other class, so I won't comment on Sniper, Tank, or Gunner.

    while its true the higher sensitivity you can use on any class without a drop in any form of accuracy is beneficial, i can honestly say i have zero trouble with bomb placements or anything involving assault movement and aim on 2 sensitivity. also, there was a time where assault was the noob class because of its general simplicity in terms of it being comparable to a generic shooter class (mobile, assault rifle, grenade/bomb), but while i still feel in terms of surviving the support is the most important to kill/keep alive, i feel offensively the heart of the teams attack lies in the assault.

    Who should pay for the annilihator if everyone can buy it? I think it's between Support and Assassin but I dunno :?

    Do you claw with the assault?

    There are times when I'm jumping to escape or something and need to throw a crucial bomb, but with sensitivity only at 2, I simply can't get my aim there quick enough to put the bomb in the right spot. But maybe if I was clawing, I could?

    I had no Idea. I hooked up my xbox to my TV with an HDMI cable yesterday and it was like I turned up my sensitivity by 5. Unfortunatly my headset doesn't seem to be compatiable with the HDMI cable.

    If you have something like a Turtle Beach headset, you should be able to use the audio out ports on your TV as opposed to setting them up inline like you would if yo uused component or compsite. It works for me, and yes the HDMI cable is MUCH less laggy, although it does seem to cause the 360 to freeze more often when I am host. Not sure why...

    So if I'm mana corporation and i have astro a40s but i still cannot hear the assassin right behind me while she is clocked what should i do?
    Spam slam every time its up?

    I tried but they had 2 supports on a clawing gunner so I couldnt do anything and Wildman sniping me (meleeing me) MMQ grappling me and well Im not a person that rage quits I like challenges but COME ON!!! and I dont have Zatchmo and/or Miracle on my FL and JOIN MY SESSION IN PROGRESS WILDMAN NOT THEIRS!!! xD

    OK Chron and others, I wanted to get your thoughts on this subject; the new metagame with juice turned off has seen a bit of bot punching starting to happen.

    The basic scenario that I see is someone (usually a tank, but sometimes an assault) will allow a lane to get pushed for a while, letting enemy bots get up to their bridge on places like Ammo Mule or the middle bridges in LazeRazor and punch bots from there if it is the assassins lane. I have seen people stay almost at their turrets and do the same thing as it is usually far back enough to avoid a hassle from the sniper and assault and a tank can just death blossom to get rid of all the bots.

    Do you think this is a good idea for a tank (or assault or what have you) to take advantage of? What is the best way to counter it - I know calling out will have it dealt with, but is this something better dealt with by a sniper or should the assault add this to his already full list of things to deal with?

    Since I main 'sin, as an assassin is there something that can be done such as not pushing bots past mid (thus leaving bot punchers more exposed) until ready to make a push with some juice or help, or is that a recepie for disaster? Is this even something that should be worried about?
