Cardinal Sin: "Strategic" Zoom

so basicaly you want a summery of what a planet contains when zoomed out (as far as you scouted it) and who controls what on it ..

should be doable
and i would agree that it would be realy helpfull to have larger groups be collaped into fewer icons to reduce clutter ..
that said i think this would take time to set up such a system and probalbly for time and budgetreasons wasn´t a priority before ..

that doesn´t have to exclude summerised information next to a planetoid
either immidiately visible or hovering over it ...
