When do the captains pick teams and how is that going to be handled?

My draft strategy is now to pick sigmar first AND fill the rest of the team with women.*

*provided I'm elected.

I'll contact the players who got the most votes to make sure they want to be captains and then I'll make a draft thread. I'll determine the draft order by picking names out of a hat. Whoever picks first in the first round will pick last in the second round and so on.

I like it. I really hope this goes ahead and everyone can play.

I'm going to vote for people I've played against rather than the generally accepted "Best of The Forums" or "Voting for all my friends!"(I'm not above that but that's just because I've only ever played this game solo so far!)

edit: Just realized good players are going to dissapear by really early 1st round, so you pick one player than its a lottery.
