can we say that PA is halfway to be completed

    Honestly, the game is looking pretty good.

    What it runs off of functions. Building a brand new engine like they did takes time, and building it for a game requires building a lot of it after you build parts of the game, so you know what the engine needs to make the game you want work.

    It doesn't look done because they haven't actually added the game into the engine. They added test parts. All the engine needs is every single unit players will get to play with added, and all of them numbers-balanced against each other and their role.

    So, they built "Spring" so far, now they need to finish building Zero-K. If this were Zero-K. Which it isn't but that is the "development point" they are at. How long did it take Zero-K to finish from this point in their development? I know at this point in Supreme Commander development they didn't have anything playable, just a single unit for 2-3 of the factories and most the existing stuff didn't have prereqs let alone function.

    EDIT: (well not zero-k, but the first TA variations for spring)

    Its still better than most every game out there for the simple reason that you can smash planets together because its ridiculously awesome. :)
