@jables would be so cool if we could watch videos like those for all commanders from within the armory. So you would get a better feel for the commander you are about to buy. Or even better a showroom which allows you to freely rotate the commander. :)

Well I find Gil-Es can reach a 'critical mass' at which point they become almost unstoppable (as everything just dissolves in front of them). The issue though is you need quite a lot before you achieve that, whereas just a few bluehawks can be devastating.

Meh, if I use t2 bots at all I usually use slammers & bluehawks.

Maybe it would be good if you made it so that sniper bots can't shoot over high terrain or walls. Maybe that would make the bluehawks a bit more viable late game?

Also, on a scale from 1 - NOPE, how difficult would it be to be able to change the colour of the commander so they aren't all the default blue?

That's a good idea.. I'll look into what it would take.

How are bomber snipes or bluehawk snipes a cheap victory? How do you even get bomber sniped, everybody shitspams spinners around their commander.

    Are you sure?

The images could use a little cleanup, my ranges could use fine tuning, and it's a shame about the construction stripes, but hue modification works surprisingly well.

I'm sure. The amount of work to get them changing from base blue color is enough to make it not get done right now. Higher priority items.

I guess doing that on a video isn't much easier than just rerendering it.

The AI doesn't use it's orbital fabbers in this new build. It had a orbital fabber above my planet and didn't build a teleporter or anchor.

Yeah as is making the armory 'interactive'. A lot of work that could be spend on higher priority items. Although I must say the colored commanders look pretty nice in that loading screen.

Same thing happened when it sent one to a gas giant.

I suspect the videos are for backers, so they've already got them.

It built 10+ anchors over it's base in my last game.
And then it sent commander in astreus to my heavily fortified moon...

The orbital fabbers for my AI sat there. I really can't explain it.

Don´t know if anybody has reported it already, but:
@jables: Wasn´t the "regular pattern" for jigs (placing them via Hold Left Click) supposed to do NOT lead to a chain reaction? I really love that chain reaction effect, it looks total awesome, but you are kind of surprised if you do self-destruct one of you jigs and the whole planet is suddenly on fire!

Well, "on nuke" would describe it better... :D
