    so after some fiddling with the Unit cannon's spread, I've determined that the best-looking but least gampeplay-changing spread is at around 60 meters, none of the units land on top of each other. adding a bit more looks cooler but starts affecting gameplay.

    Looking for players to play 1vs1 right now in the PTE

    if only we had a global place where all PA players that are online are gathered, no matter what version they are running. something like chat room.

    I don't know if this is something new or if I'm missing something, but the Astraeus no longer picks up vehicles? (or anything for that matter - noticed this in a Galactic War game)

    Also if you have more than one Spinner selected and you issue a global patrol order, they occasionally just sit there until you tell them to patrol one by one.

    Just tested - it was just that GW game for some reason, everything worked fine in a skirmish. Ignore me :)

    To make this not a total waste of space, I have noticed that the commander has difficulty hitting submarines when in shallow water/partially submerged (when the gun is above the water level), as the torpedoes explode upon hitting the surface.

    The subs are pretty cool but I think their torpedo's do too much damage. I wanted to fight off a couple of subs with my commander but his health went down really quick and this was by t1 subs. You can't really use your comm aggresively in tight spots at the moment.

    I'm noticing the AI really not utilizing it's air units, it just sits them in blobs and lets my navy shoot away at them...

    also when I invaded the enemy planet, it tried pushing me off with land units only, despite significant air power present.

    Hey @jables . What are the odds of unit health increase across the board? I really hate it when I can't pull back my units or assist them because they die so quickly.

    I have a question/request.

    I don't know the amount of time it would take to implement this, or if there is a plan to. However, I hope that there's some development time set aside to add a new button called "Join by IP" under multiplayer. For us running dedicated servers it seems that the only way to join a remote server is through the console and use the following command:

    sessionStorage['gameHostname'] = '"<IP>"'; sessionStorage['gamePort'] = '<port number>';window.location.href = 'coui://ui/main/game/connect_to_game/connect_to_game.html';

    Will this functionality be made via a button and internal to the game anytime soonish? Or is this a back burner item.

    while I can't speak for Uber, I'd say HIGHLY unlikely, but one can hope.

    There is the "Connect to LAN Server IP" mod, which may already do what you want.

    I does say LAN Server IP, but I doubt it really cares if the IP is actually for a LAN.
