BRINK!!

Anyone else feel kind of weird with this game in regards to teamwork?
Sometimes I feel like having a team of human friends is just barely better then some AI, since the enemy mows you all down just as easily. I don't know.
Kind of hard to put my experience into words...

it seems the AI is a bit off as far as medic is concerned, but it almost fels like in single player they are kind of urging you to put forth most of the effort as far as objectives, instead of just playing the game for you

There was never going to be a "real campaign." From the start of the advertising they have said SP and MP will be the same, just like their past games.

This is actually why a lot of players dislike the game. They were expecting something else. Those who knew what to expect are the ones enjoying the game.

You can up the AI difficulty and it gets a bit better. Imo I found AI Medics and Engineers to be very active.

The AI are as smart as the "Special kid" you use to make fun of in highschool

I'm glad I did not get Brink.

So far I've had at least 2 or 3 games with lag, out of the handful I played.
Anyone else find it kind of weird that you can do challenges with other players, but get no credit (stars) or unlocks for completing them?

I'm kind of not feeling this game, as much as I would like to. Maybe some weekend play with some friends will change my mind.

*Edit* For the record, is everyone using the same Brink forums, or not using any forums for the game at all? Either way, which ones are you using if you are, and usernames?

i dont have any interest in signing up at the brink forums as of yet. the layout is too disorganized and it is, as all forums based on new games are, full of complaining and dumb polls.

played 4 vs 5 today (free play) with AUS people and NZ people (i live in NZ) and no lag AWESOME GAME!!! NO LAG = AWESOME, great team work with some strangers and bots
