Games run smoother, and it's easier to alt-tab between. It'd probably solve alt-tabbing crashes, too.
I've never seen an Unreal engine game do it. I've used it in WoW, TF2, and L4D, and I think it always gives me a slightly lower framerate than normal fullscreen.
Yep. They take less resources to run since games try to suck up all your resources when they're full screen. I can't run GA in full screen. With a crappier computer you notice these kinds of things. :lol:
