Best Players For Each Class

to think I could have just played on host my whole life and would have been good from the start.

Who else could be compared to us and could seriously be considered as good as us on our best classes? I'm not asking like whose assault is as good as mine and whose gunner is as good as Kckzi's, I mean on our main classes in a competitive environment. And I don't consider most privates to be a competitive environment.

And the funniest part about that last post is that I listed my assault in the context of it being my worst class, yet it's good enough to get a couple top assault mentions. This is my point...

Thing is Assault, like Gunner, takes more douchebaggery than skill, except perhaps those rogues out there running crit, RoF, and clip size, them bitches gotta dance. Most are just armor/speed whores though.

If you played a private match you'll see how wrong that is. Assault is probably the hardest class to do well on, as you have to try and do a million things at once. Gunner is straight forward but you need to be able to kill people and not act like a ***** (be aggressive).

I'm sure if you played a private match you could see what i'm talking about. They are vastly different to public matches.

EDIT - If you're complaining that Assaults run Clip size / Crit / Speed in their build because it's too good, you need to step your game up.

Good point! Let me try to illustrate. For sake of comparison, I will use myself as an example for assault. Just remember I am bad at assault so try not to laugh too hard...

Typical pub match = JUICE WHORE\easy mode against newbs. (I don't usually juice whore this much, it was my first video and I wanted to see what would happen with the frame lag while juicing. I also did a party to see how that would affect things plus it was a new setup - and no one wants to go negative on their first vid )

This is REALLY boring to me, and it is frustrating to my opponents. Hence, I only have a few PUB videos since I hate playing this way and no one wants to watch me overheal a turret all game, or try to see how many laps I can run around an arena before I get killed...

PM match = OMG WTF HIT MY FACE despite gold armor (no armor makes you a complete liability as you get cut down in less than a second, and most people just don't bother to change their build as it messes up timing if you move things around)

Notice the difference in focus between PUB and PM play? Look at how often juice is used, the money ball attacked, the team work, the focussed fire, how much people (don't) care about K\D. If you are keen on it, watch the videos linked to Gunked's page, and listen to the amount of communication going on about location of enemies, where to move, which side is being pushed by whom, what to focus on, etc.

Totally different playstyle, and these aren't even competetive games...

what do you want me to name shammas? Everyone I know from the start of private matches? or more recently? more recently would be hard but there are plenty of names if we include older players.

Tank - Payne, Hawkshade, and LeadLP will always put up a good fight. I'm not saying they're better but you aren't significantly better than any of them. I don't think you're much better than me or even officerwilly.

Gunner - Wildman, Gunked, Skill, Chaos, Minus chaos being very passive, they've all held their own and even beat up miracle here and there. I honestly think gunked has a shot at even being better, but it's easy to say that when you can watch his videos and not miracles. Gunkeds clawing is too nice.

Support - who is it up against? MLG Intervention? well there are a lots. Yoshi and Jon get the cake here.

Sniper - If I'm not comparing to knives or sigmar, if sigmar than its knives and zatchmo. officer willy wasn't even that bad and of course F5in who was at least debatable for 1st around sigmars prime.

Assassin - again who am I comparing it to? Manuoso? Skills, Deadpool, Gunked, Me, and there are actually plenty of others who are pretty good. They might not compare to manny, but they can at least hold their own when up against kckzi.

Assault - Every pub assault.

You could say the same exact skill level and gotten off easier, but could hang with you guys? Come on dude, me, chollo, crazy squirrel, luckyslick, darron, and hawkshade hung in there than won in OT. Not all of you guys were off class and in a match up like that our ball should have been down 4 minutes into the game.

I meant to name some players who could be considered as good as us, not players who can be considered above average. And by hang out with, I mean stand a chance at beating us in a competitive setting, which none of the players you mentioned could.

does it matter? Theres nothing I could say that could change your mind. You've always thought you guys were untouchable from day one just like I've always thought you guys were beatable.

If you don't think a single person I named is even close than thats fine. I find it funny personally. GP didn't even steamroll through ****, but that probably wasn't a competitive setting either. It went from hang with us, to as good as us only on our main classes, to beating your team in a competitive match.

I don't know why these topics keep getting entertained though I thought all the better players were finally moving toward playing for fun and getting along win or lose in PMs (except madjeff).
