Assassin help please!

Firebases and Deployed Pros.

In my knowledge, critical does not work on firebases.

Because sometimes shurikens just works better.

I don't really use shurikens to get kills. I use them to push people back and keep their health from regenerating. Sometimes, making somebody retreat is just as good as a kill for pushing map control.

When a gunner or a tank are walking next to their bot waves, you won't be able to kill those bots. You could go assassinate them, but the amount of time it will take you to get far enough behind them to sneak up on them unnoticed usually is too much when you could just fire 3-5 clips of shurikens, kill the bots, get 1/3 of your juice bar filled up, and bring down whatever ******* is guarding the lane to 1/2-1/4 health. Then you can quickly run to the other side.

Yes, it isn't very difficult to get assassination kills, but it is very time consuming unless you are spoonfed one. Generally, I only go for assassinations when I find somebody out of place or if they are sitting on juice.

# - one big tip for noob assassins: your cloak does NOT make you invisible!!!
Think predator cloak. You are still visible especially when running as you kick up clouds of dust. It's even worse if you're a Hotshot as the orange outline/faint glow stands out
much more than the faint blue of the Icemen.
One more thing - stay the hell away from Tanks. In fact try to stay away from all pros.
You can get MVP by going 3-8-0 just by raping bots.

Last night I got MVP with 0-0-0 score by just ignoring pros and raping bots and turrets.
My Assassin Build :
Armor/RoF/Clip Size

Now that's impressive & the build I used to use before I was told about the effectiveness
of 'Regenegreat'. Well done.

Yeah Armor ROF Health Recovery is better for an in-your-face style of play. Armor ROF Clip Size is better if you like to sit back and chip away at HP while getting lots of juice.

Yeah it works well on steelpeel & a 'support firebase heavy' spunky.

I can attest a lot of these guys are pulling you some good advice up - although I use FocusAll (Skill Regen) rather than Regenegreat (Health Regen) since I find myself running out of skills too often - set your bronze endorsement to something you find yourself running out of.
