in the uk you can buy a 360 for as little as 45 & a 120 hdd for 25. after a month games go down to about half price new and used http://uk.webuy.com/

as a console gamer for over 20 years pc gaming doesn't appeal to me. I don't want to keep up with all the changes that come to pc gaming. having to update this and that all the time is costly and I'm not very good with computers so if I mess up some settings or whatever I would most probably not know how to sort it. with a console all you need is there and all you have to buy are games till a new console comes out. pc gaming is messy

The thing is, I have a good rig and I know how much better it is than overpriced xbox tech. I'm not the one that needs proof.

You're also quite the ****. We honestly don't need input from you, because all you do is bash the Xbox players. lrn2leavethrdsalone.

Well, I got an "HP Pavilion dv7" i5-2410m CPU @ 2.3GHz with 8 GB RAM. Don't really understand most of that, I'm such a noob! But I'm very happy to have my own computer for college!

I would think that it would run most things decently. How much?

I have a toshiba satellite a60 672, 2.8ghz, 256 mb ddr ram and 40 gb hard disk laptop and a home pc that will freeze playing Aoe2 . I can run really small games but nothing like tf2 or mnc. tried and it got stuck for hours. tech has never been interesting to me so I don't know what I would have to buy to upgrade them to get them to run games.

With ease. Due to the way Crysis 2 works you could probably even play that with rather nice results.
