It's reasonably easy to hack it in if you use an external server to communicate changes. Players send alliances to the server whenever they change, and spectators poll the server for changes. The tricky bit is adding the info to the spectator panel. Personally I'd say screw that, make a separate area where you list alliances in a condensed form:

Sign-up to one of the many, many open tournaments that happen. Either subscribe to the tournament sticky to see when new tournaments are announced, or use the Steam PA Tournaments group.

Something is just wrong with how you installed or some mod you got gone wrong. I have heard of no one else's game going hay wire like that. Try to verifying your files again. If that does not work. Uninstall and reinstall. If that does not work then something rare and beyond me is wrong

Completely agree, you must have got the short end of the stick because I have never seen problems like this to anyone, even people using ancient PC's have less problems than you.

Coming to Uber's stream, then calling their tournament a joke while spamming your mod was pretty classless.
