And it looks like a hack is back.

All of which need someone in the base when the juiced assassin runs in or a sniper who uses their ice traps to defend the base rather then themselves. Gunners are usually out pushing the action, and few people can get a grapple off on a juiced assassin. As a support who was overhealing, building and hacking turrets, I was unable to do nothing but watch as all the work that TWO support put into turrets get destroyed in seconds.

Supports generally get the short end of the stick when it comes to protecting their turrents, particularly because they are the only class not capable of a ringout, knockback, or a (useful) grapple.

Gunners have 2 ways to ring out the Assassin (slam/grapple3), as well as an OHKO (flapjack). Tanks have Charge (all 3), as well as a grapple that could ringout as well. Snipers have Ice Traps which could stop them to pull off a headshot or get a grapple ringout. Assault's charge could push back as well, and the charge 3 is even more capable of getting a ringout than 1 and 2 are. Even Assassins are capable of lunge-grappling to stall for some time to waste Juice.

What do we get? 5 seconds to wait for an Air Strike, and having to practically hug the Assassin to get a grapple in (which does crxp for damage). WHOO.

All of this is balanced by your ability to get 100% juice 40-50 seconds into the game without ever entering combat. :)

(And your ability to keep doing it from the relative safety of your base.)

I was playing sniper earlier and juiced up and killed 3 people, then picked up 4 juice boxes and sniped 3 black jacks as soon as it ended to get more juice. I killed the same 3 players as they were leaving spawn. Some classes just get juice way too easily (sniper, assassin).

Agreed to the max on sniper. I'm just thankful hes comparatively weak against turrets when measured against the other juicers.

Less so on assassin, since she has to at least put herself at SOME risk to get the juice, but her rate is pretty astonishing.

Honestly I'd say there should be a hard cap on the number of times you can buy juice. I think 5 times per player per map is plenty. In a 10 minute game I can easily be sitting on $3500. It's really not fair for me to go and buy juice 7 times. About half of those runs will probably give me back another $500 to keep going back to the stand. There should NOT be an indicator about how many times you have bought juice. You have to remember. This would increase the strategy required for team games as you would have to carefully consider purchasing juice or saving a juice or two for overtime.

OR like the announcer suggests have the possibility of a permanent drawback every time you buy juice. This is much more interesting as I know a number of people might be afraid to purchace juice (ie camp the stand) if they can have some horrible mutation occur. Mutations could be permanent health, speed or extra spent time doing _____. The worst case scenario is that you permanently lose one of your skills. If this were the system in place each juice purchase would cumulatively increase the chance of a mutation for ALL future lives of your pro clone for the rest of that game.

Here's another thought: If every class builds up juice at a different speed then why do they all have to spend the same amount of cash to buy juice? I'd actually suggest that the classes that get juice easily should have to pay more than slow juicing classes.

Hudson you forgot support with RoF gold after the patch.

If anyone can provide footage of a "juice glitch" or "juice hack" we would love to see it. To the best of our knowledge there is no bug or exploit that allows a user to infinitely juice. If that isn't the case then we would love to see video evidence or, better yet, send me a private message with detailed repro steps.

Please note that juicing chaining is a separate issue. We are aware of community concern over players being able to buy and/or earn excessive amounts of juice. We take the community quite seriously so rest assured that we are listening.

I would assume that it would only be achievable through a modded XBox.

I don't think this is the case. Xbox 360's can be hacked to run pirated games, but you still can't run custom unsigned code. For example there is no custom software like Xbox Media Center that existed for the original xbox. If someone had a hacked xbox 360 and they were able to infinitely juice then we would be seeing other exploits that are far, far worse.

Been killed by an SMG sniper a few times from this.

Either that or he kept walking over massive juice deposits. :p

idk, the assassin and sniper are not as bad as people make it out

The sin gains juice fast, but not TOO fast
She has to put herself in the bot lanes and hack at bots which is very high risk
You have to worry about the ejectors, and explosive rounds
She may be a base wrecker, but easily the weakest and easiest to stop when it comes to pro killing with juice

    The sniper however....
He is ALMOST balanced with juice when you consider
He has to spend 550$ for the ability to juice fast
Also has to be mid-late game when there are a lot of blackjacks spawning in a pack
He can really wreck players with the smg, but can't do jack to turrets

Hard to fix without lowering his juice rate too low early game

Nah, just lower the amount of juice you get from explosive rounds. Problem solved.

I've yet to see other Supports (other than Greggyyyy) gain Juice as fast as I can, so I think that's only somewhat balanced for him and me. :p

All jokes aside, this is true, but the newest glitch involving infinite health while Juiced really negates the Juice vs Juice tactic, as the Assassin is sometimes able to take out all 6 turrents without consequence. All you're going to get is 2 players that just won't die until the Juice runs out, which has happened to me before.

    Turrents. Turrents Nowhere. :(

im heavily anti juice, everyone knows juice is bs when supports overheal worthless things to get it over and over

HOWEVER, it is a horrible idea to limit buying juice THAT much. all you need is a 45-60 second cooldown timer on juice.

if your going to make juice dispensers worthless, at least take juice out of the game. i PRAY EVERY NIGHT they get the idea to make crossfire-dry, a option of crossfire servers completely without juice (and i suppose make the juice machines "out of order" lol)

I feel like a complete *** questioning someone in the business about something like this, however I'm fairly certain you're mistaken.

yah, ask someone from MW2 and we can tell you, THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO CAN CHAT IN THIS FORUM FROM THEIR XBOX360!!!

its scary how they can play god on this console. on MW2, they level people up to max, they level people down to beginning, they level people BEYOND max, they can even catch IPs if they are host of said game, ouch.

well, until SWAT kicks down their door and microsoft sends them to jail for twenty years over a video game... they cant just for modifying it, but they can if they hack other people's info such as accts and ips.

"what are you in for?" "i modified my xbox to hack accounts..." *gets shanked*

Account stealing is typically done through more tradition means: phishing, hacking and identity theft. I don't think that there is any (practical) way to hack someone through Xbox live.

Well, poo. Now I've got to check out the few modding sites I know of so I'll hopefully be able to tell if someone's modding :(

A quick search of one modding site showed only a money hack(*yawn*) and somebody being banned for some more-serious modding of MNC. Sad. So I guess there are hacks/exploits to have to deal with :(
