try disabling the anti-aliasing (FXAA) and up the other settings. A lot of AMD cards have a rough time with it for the time being.
You already posted link to it on previous page and said it's not worked. I'm personally guess you just have to remove HP driver completely: remove AMD/ATI Catalyst though Windows control panel and use some driver clean tool (e.g driver sweeper). Then just try to install drivers from AMD and most likely they will work fine.
