ALPHA ROLLOUT STATUS

If they do give a "no alpha today" post it should be whenever they decide it, not at some arbitrary time.

Garat or neutrino isn't telling us anything significant. the last big thing said was by neutrino yesterday when he said the build "needed more love"...but that was yesterday. I expect a FEW might go out tonight, many will go out tomorrow, and they'll finish up Thursday for the people who are buying them right before alpha comes out...I just want my key...

Btw, Uber if it wont come out today please give us a heads up the moment you know (like yesterday), i know its silly but i allways stay up most of the night at releases, even alpha releases.

There is already enough pressure on the devs. If there are problems which need to be fixed before rolling out they shall fix them first. No need to rush here.

It would be interesting to know how the plans are internal:
Is the launch of alpha really flexible or must it be proposed a few days ago?

I specifically referred to their 5pm(PDT) since that is the normal close of business hours. They can't be expected to update everyone based on each person's local time. It makes more sense to update us when it is CoB for Uber. That has more relevance as to whether the alpha will be coming out today anyway.

My apologies. I actually thought it was a very good idea.. Now where did I put those ingredients.

There not going to release it until they are satisfied that what the let us see won't cause a problem. As Neut indicated Friday they originally though about sending out keys then, but it was to unstable for their satisfaction. Then Monday came, now Tuesday. It is safe to assume at this point. That their internal strategy is to release it "when it's ready". When that is; who knows? Probably they don't even know, because it damn near impossible to put a time scale on how long it will take to debug an issue.

Are you really sure that Uber will only work until 5pm if the alpha will be released?
