I finally got around to finalizing my kickstarter pledge info, and I have the alpha access, but I can't use the key yet to play? Whats the average time for new alpha keys to become usable or did I break something at some point haha?
You probably need to go here: https://store.uberent.com/Account/MyKeys Choose your key and activate it.
I've checked that a bunch of times over the past couple of hours, but I'm still getting this message on the key page "Status Not yet eligible for activation" I'm just trying to figure out what the usual amount of time is as far as that key becoming eligible.
