I do not have a modded prestige, and if you ever found me on the leaderboards you'd find I'm third prestige. I only went first prestige to gain that extra custom slot, and I had to GRIND through the 2nd to get to 3rd so i could get that 7th slot. I only said what I said because when mw1 was out I got taunted REGULARLY for not prestiging, and quite often in MW2 when I was sitting on level 70. "Cheesecake. Prestige NOW. Do it." I mentioned you might've been experiencing the same thing because I have the same general feeling about the general "reset your level" thing. If I guessed wrong, I'm sorry. My second statement is actually not too far from the correct way to look at it in my opinion. It was something that is actually rather harmless, gives a little token of "Hey, I play alot of MNC" and lets people level up again. Some people like that.
