Uber are allowing the "unofficial" pages so they don't have to make one themselves for the userbase. There's a thread somewhere that has the image of both commanders in the OP asking for information, and was one of the main threads (if not the first thread) about them. It has all the information you're looking for but all of my searches come back to this thread instead. Thanks for that. >.>

As far as I've seen, just from doing searches and reading through the thread I linked, Uber has been working WITH the community so that the unofficial spreadsheet is legitimate and truthful.
