Still useless. Unless it silences the bomb aswell.
Useless? It means you can jump to the enemy side without being seen, sounds like an advantage to me.
Even if you can stay lolcloked, you still make a loud sound and a giant plume of smoke.
Is this true? You learn something new every day.
A shooter would still need to decipher where you are in the plume of smoke within a second, besides not to many people attract to the smoke cloud.

How about a level 3 smokebomb actually is a smokebomb.
As in it throws up a smokescreen.
How about adding a slow effect from whoever is hit by the smoke bomb? Kind of how the Gunners bullets slow
This is by far the most sensible one. A totally non sensible one would be to have her steal people's clips caught in the smoke bomb haha! Would be jokes.
I think it should function the same as Cloak upgrades in the sense it activates faster. So level 3 bomb you're almost instantly in the air.

I don't feel like going back to quote the post that said the Assassin can't be grappled during the smoke bomb animation..... but yeah. She can be grappled during the smoke bomb animation. That's all.
I have a better idea - POISON SMOKE BOMB.
It fits the theme of the Assassin better than an EMP.
The damage will work like fire damage.
All there has to be is a new killfeed icon, the coloring of the smoke as green and the implementation of the Scrambler Bot effect on Pros, as if there are being poisoned and losing health gradually just as long as fire.
