A scrim is an organized match but does not affect a league or tournament outcome. Short for scrimmage.

I was under the impression scrims. were when teams get together and have practice matches. Private Matches are just random players and not Team v. Team. :?:

Private Matches can be either Team vs Team or random players. So yeah, more of a practice match.
