This mod adds a tech card called MysticalFists Tech. The mod works by adding one new tech card with a very high drop rate to ensure you receive it as soon as possible, while ensuring the AI does NOT receive the benefit. The mod/tech has the following benefits:

Once you have the new tech card, all the cheats should be activated automatically.

I have tried galactic war many times with the mod activated, But I can never get the drop.

It's possible a recent update broke the mod again, which happens pretty frequently. I haven't played in a while, but I'll update my copy and test it pretty soon. Thanks for the update :)
