Issued a support ticket almost half a week ago and had no response whatsoever, how long does this usually take?
Usually these issues are resolved 1-2 business days after you issue the support ticket. However, it could be complicated by the fact that Uber no longer controls PA. I am not aware of PA Inc. having a support email yet, so you might have to wait until they sort things out on their end.
