Hmm I'm not sure about that one, never heard of it before. That's a bit beyond my knowledge, @DeathByDenim or @cola_colin are both more knowledgeable about such things, any thoughts guys?
Might be a virusscanner of firewall interfering, or it could be a missing/corrupted PA files. I've tried reinstalling PA multiple times which only lets the launcher open once and then it claims PA is a 16 bit program Is there any way i could move my PA Account over to steam?
