    unit_cap is used in ai_config.json, not sure what target_types should do, it seem to only accept one instace of Unittype...

    Add "mass_teleporter":{} to unit's json and ORDER_MassTeleport to unit's command_caps in json and you will see a new order in game that you can use...

    Papatran.exe is an official fbx to papa converter, comes with the game. I doubt that there will ever be official papa to fbx importer, Uber doesn't...

    Did you try disabling mods? The expansion only came out and none of the mods were updated. Even when they will be, there is no guarantee they won't...
