I'd be up for it, schedule permitting. Most days I can't play until late at night.
Targeting them with mortars is the best way I've found to consistently pressure them. It's hard to kill them though, as they can easily retreat.
I get this on occasion as well. It's happens rarely, so it's not been a huge problem. It can certainly get me killed though.
I play mostly late at night (US) and I have no problem finding decent servers at this point.
