My only other mouse is, sadly, a Magic mouse (Mac) which also has inertial scrolling. I'm not a big gamer, so I'd hate to have to buy another mouse...
I use a Mac trackpad and I notice even with the speed all the way down scrolling is just too jerky. Very hard to be accurate.
Confirmed. I've been using the enter key on the numpad since return doesn't work.
