Ah thank you :) Adding the other PA.exe's and the UI to the exception has fixed it, it seems. Thanks for the help!
Problem fixed, apparently he already had PA.exe as an exception, but his firewall was blocking something else that stops it working. He just disables...
Just tried verifying the game on steam, still nothing.
Been trying to find a fix but nothing has worked so far. Tried disabled anti-virus. [ATTACH]
